FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Mostly from 3,000 units for in-stock items. Each SKU's MOQ is shown on its catalog card.
How much do samples cost?
The consolidated sample box fee is published on the Services page. Sample costs are credited when you convert to an order.
What standards are used for inspection?
A third-party inspector such as SGS or BV performs pre-shipment inspection to AQL standards and delivers the report directly to the buyer.
What happens if there are defects or disputes?
Under the escrow structure, the factory is not paid until inspection passes. If inspection fails, the order is re-produced or refunded.
Who owns the mold?
For custom molds, ownership is recorded in the contract and a separate registration document. New mold orders are not accepted in v1.
How does payment work?
By bank transfer to an escrow account. The site has no payment feature; every transaction proceeds offline after confirmation with your manager.
Can I communicate in Korean?
Yes. A Korean-speaking PM tracks the entire ordering process via KakaoTalk and email.
