1. What we collect and why
When you request a quote, we collect your company name, name & title, email, and KakaoTalk ID (optional), used only to reply to your request and for your manager to contact you.
2. Retention period
Data is kept for 1 year from collection, then destroyed. It is destroyed without delay upon a deletion request.
3. Overseas transfer
Submitted information is stored on and transferred to Airtable (US) and Resend (US) servers for processing. Declining consent may limit quote requests.
